Ogallala Public Schools would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated business manager, Julie Blessing, as she heads into a happy retirement! For over 10 years, Julie worked tirelessly to ensure the district’s fiscal well-being. We will miss her greatly but wish her all the best in this next chapter of her life!

OHS Unified Bowling Team hosted a dual against South Platte today. The team showed up today and earned a great win! Each school had 4 teams and each team bowled 6 games. The team with the highest game was Ethan, Oliver, Isaac and Bradyn with a 155. What a great day at Cornhusker Lanes! #CultureOfConfidence

Prairie View parent, Kami Korth, put together a fantastic Halloween celebration for our kindergarten learners! The party was complete with many tasty treats, little trinkets, and LOTS of smiles and giggles! A huge thanks to all those who make PV a fun place for our students! #CultureOfConfidence

OHS VB gave it their all against Scotus Central Catholic. The match went into 5 sets, but our Lady Indians came up short. We are so proud of the team for earning the title of C1-4 district runner ups. We are SO PROUD of the season this team had! #CultureOfConfidence

The OHS Unified Bowling team kicked off their season and came out strong coming in 2nd place at the McCook Quad! What a great day for our Indians! Their home meet is Tuesday at 3:00 at Cornhusker Lanes. We hope to see you there, cheering them on! #CultureOfConfidence

After learning why most pumpkins are orange on the outside, Mrs. Fehr's kindergarteners wondered if they were the same color on the inside! Their curiosity led to a hands-on science exploration, where they investigated the colors, textures, and parts of a pumpkin. This curious group took the lesson in an exciting, scientific direction! #CultureOfConfidence

Mrs. Schow’s 1st-grade students are wrapping up their science unit on animal survival. They’ve learned that all animals need food, water, air—and ways to avoid being eaten! To showcase their knowledge, the students created models demonstrating how animals defend themselves against predators. We are so impressed by their creativity and understanding!
