8th GRADE VISITATION DAY | Fri. 5/1

● 1st Period: Students will meet at Prairie View and take a bus to the high school. They’ll gather in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) for a quick overview and receive their schedules. Freshman guides will then be paired with 8th graders.

● 2nd–3rd Periods: Students will attend HS classes alongside their guides.

● 4th Period: Students will enjoy a second-chance breakfast and hear from senior guest speakers.

● 5th–6th Periods: Students will attend more classes, then break for lunch in gym.

● 7th Period: Students return to PAC for a debrief and Q&A session. (Parents are welcome to attend at this time: 12:20)

● 8th Period: Students will have the chance to explore extracurricular

opportunities during an activity fair in the gym.

● Students will be dismissed at 1:30 PM from the high school.
