School Resource Officer Molzahnand Middle School Counselor, Jill Max, presented to all middle schoolers on internet safety. Officer M presented on the legal and logistical side of internet safety, while Mrs. Max presented on the social/emotional side of internet safety. Prairie View School will be hosting Wellness Spirit Week on October 28-31. 2nd grade had their Family Folk Night at the Auditorium tonight! They had so much fun dancing and singing with classmates and family! Thank you Jody Ziola for another wonderful concert!

The Purple Pinky Project is happening THIS WEEK! The program is put on by the Ogallala Interact Club! 💭Did You Know?💭 OHS tracks missing assignments every Tuesday and Friday to help students stay on top of their school work. The average amount of students that attend Friday focused study hall this year has been 76 students each Friday! #CultureOfConfidence

💭Did You Know?💭 That there is a superintendent parental advisory team. WHY? This team meets monthly with the superintendent to give their input on what their experiences have been as parents and gives input to help improve the systems and processes that are in place. There are over 30 parents on the parental advisory team! #CultureOfConfidence

Mrs. Max hosted the library's first book club of the year! One section of 4th graders was offered the opportunity to join the book club. This group of 4th graders is reading the first book in the Calendar Mysteries Series, 'January Joker.' The students are tasked with reading a few chapters each week, then on Friday, they take their lunch to the library to discuss what they read and enjoy each other's company. It was a fun time for all who joined the book club! #CultureOfConfidence

💭Did You Know?💭 That there is a superintendent and senior student advisory team. This team meets directly with the superintendent monthly to review their time spent in Ogallala Public Schools and offer suggestions on how the district can improve for students. #CultureOfConfidence

The OMG 7th Grade Volleyball Squad traveled to the Paxton Invitational. The team earned a 3rd place finish! Way to go, O! We are proud of all your growth this year! #CultureOfConfidence

OHS Interact Club is working to raise funds to purchase an ice machine for student usage at OHS! The group is selling a variety of shirts to help reach their goal. The deadline to order shirts is November 8th. Help support our students and order your shirt today! #CultureOfConfidence

A great night in the very wet Ogallala Stadium! OHS FB took on the Chase County Longhorns, and earned a well deserved 16-6 win! A huge shout out to our dedicated fans, student section, cheerleaders, and dance team that stuck it out to cheer on our Indian Football Team! #CultureOfConfidence
