We love seeing students and families come out to support OG Nation! To help keep everyone safe and ensure our events are enjoyable for all spectators, please review these expectations with your children before attending.
⚫️Prairie View Indoor Events⚫️
Students and younger children must sit with their family or grown-up while watching the event. Children may not run or play throughout the facility, including in walkways, underneath the bleachers, near playing areas, classroom areas, or other unsupervised spaces.
Our staff members are responsible for managing the event and cannot provide supervision or a designated play area during indoor activities.
⚫️Ogallala Stadium Outdoor Events⚫️
A designated Kids Zone will be available in the end zone.
Children using the Kids Zone are expected to:
→Be respectful and keep their hands and feet to themselves
→Avoid fighting, pushing, or rough play
→Follow directions from adults
→Remain inside the Kids Zone and stay off the field and track
→Clean up after themselves
→Cheer on the Ogallala Indians!
Parents are responsible for supervising their children, even in the Kids Zone. Children who are not in the Kids Zone must remain with and be supervised by their parent or responsible adult.
Thank you for helping us create safe, positive events where everyone can enjoy the activity and cheer on our students. We appreciate your cooperation and support of OG Nation!

To ensure the safety of all students during morning arrival, we ask for your cooperation with the following drop-off procedures:
Use the circle drive only for quick drop-off. Please remain in your vehicle and do not park in the circular drive at any time.
If you use the parking lot, you must park in a designated stall. Children should exit the vehicle only after you have parked.
All students walking from the parking lot must use the crosswalk to safely reach the school building.
Do not use the parking lot as a drive-through drop-off area without parking your vehicle.
Morning drop-off can be chaotic, and student safety is our number one priority. Following these procedures helps keep traffic moving smoothly and, most importantly, keeps our students safe. A photo is attached for your reference.
Thank you for your cooperation and support in keeping our school community safe.

Advertising opportunities are available on the ScoreVision screen at Ogallala High School, giving local businesses a chance to be seen while supporting OHS students and activities.
And there’s more happening behind that screen than you might realize! The ScoreVision content is run and produced by students in Mrs. Tuttle’s OHS Journalism class, giving students hands-on experience creating content for our school and community.
Interested in getting your business on the screen? Contact OPSD Activities Director Dano Stokey at 308-284-4029 or danostokey@opsd.org.
Thank you to the businesses already supporting this opportunity and our students!

Students worked together, tested different strategies, and discovered that grouping the cubes into sets of 10 and skip counting was much more efficient than counting each cube one by one.
And where is all this number sense leading? Multiplication! Even better, nearly everyone in the class said multiplication is what they’re most excited to learn this year.
A great start to 3rd grade math!
