The Ogallala Girls Wrestling team rolled out two new weekly awards, and the first week did not disappoint. Who Brought the Hammer This award goes to the wrestler who hits the mat with power, intensity, and purpose. She brings pressure every second of every match and sets the tone for the entire team. Queen of the Mat This honor is for the athlete who leads through steady focus and dependability. She competes with confidence, control, and grit, and shows everyone why she deserves the crown. This week, Taryn Namuth brought the Hammer, and Camber Lippert earned the title of Queen of the Mat. Congratulations, ladies! Keep raising the bar. 🖤🧡👑🔨

Who says lunch is just for students? Gary, our Director of Maintenance, sat down with one of our kindergarteners and made lunchtime extra special. At OPSD, every adult in the building is part of the team that lifts up and invests in our kids!

Mrs. Davis's OHS Creative Writing Class has adopted a pair of siblings through the USPS's Operation Santa this holiday season. The class is seeking donations to help make these children's Christmas wishes come true. If you would like to help by donating any new items from their wish lists, please bring them to the drop-off location in the OHS office (602 E. G Street) before Friday.

OHS Bowling competed in the State Unified Bowling Tournament this morning. The team lost in the first round to Seward, but the team had fun and did their very best! There was great sportsmanship between all teams and individuals!

OHS girls and boys bowling teams took the lanes for their first bowling meet of the regular season! The teams bowled against Northwest and Seward. It was a great day of competition and learning for our OHS Bowling Team!

OHS Girls Wrestling had their first contest of the year today, and our Lady Indians are in for a great season! The team traveled to Southwest to compete in a tournament with over 30 other teams. It was a great day for the team!
