EducationQuest Foundation, a free non-profit organization, is coming to help you complete and file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Please call the OHS Counseling office at 308.284.4029 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are required to receive assistance that day.
ITEMS TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
*FSA ID for parent and student – apply at www.studentaid.gov
*Parent and student 2025 federal tax returns
*Value of checking/savings accounts and investments
*Current net worth of business and investment farm
*Child support received from the last complete calendar year
*Student’s Social Security number
*Alien Registration Number of eligible non-citizens
*Parents’ birth dates and Social Security numbers
*Student’s birth date
*Email addresses for student and parent
