Ogallala Public Schools is seeking sealed proposals from qualified Design-Build firms for the design and installation of a preschool playground at the Armory Building, 600 W. 9th Street, Ogallala, NE 69153.
The playground must meet Nebraska Rule 11 requirements for preschool programs and comply with CPSC/ASTM safety standards, ADA accessibility, and all applicable state and local building codes. Work includes design, equipment, surfacing, fencing, drainage, and site development.

Clearly mark: “Proposal – Preschool Playground Design-Build Project.”
Deadline: Thursday, November 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (MT).
The District will use a qualification-based selection process under the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §13-2901–§13-2914) and OPS Policy 3043 – Design-Build Contracts. Only prequalified Design-Build firms may submit proposals.
Ogallala Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the best interest of the District.
